Isn’t that Toronto? I thought the stereotypical idea of the place was that it’s under about 10m of snow half the year and about -20 to go with that.

Toronto is in a bit of a valley. The areas to the North and West get more snow.

And Buffalo, NY gets MUCH more snow.
